I once again humbly as you all to pray for me. I'm having my wisdom teeth taken out tomorrow morning at 7:45 AM and I'm a bit nervous about being put under. I'll report back when my cheeks are all swollen and I'm requesting the canonization of the man who invented percocet Thanks!

You'll be fine, trust me. I got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled last year, they put me under and any time you get knocked out for surgery you don't feel it happen..it just happens and next thing you know you wake up. Afterwards they'll probably put you on some "happy" pills (if it's oxycontin like I got, be careful not to take too many they're addictive) The bleeding won't be so bad after a few days.

PS.. If they hook you up to one of those machines to dispense painkillers at the push of the button just remember it's all psychological - it doesn't really give you it!!!

They sometimes have trouble coming out of the gums or their mouths don't have the room for it.

if you should your dentist will tell you you do go to teh dentist don't you?

IN my case I had them removed because if left growing they would have growen into the nerver in the jaw and cuased lots of pain

I had mine taken out, wasn't a bad experience. I woke up with holes in my mouth and apparently didn't need any pain medication after that.
