CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Not anymore. My wife and I rode a BMW for years, but once we were parents there never seemed to be enough time (or places to go without the baby ) so we traded the motorcycle for a pop-up camper!

(Camping is a whole different ballgame with toddlers! We camped with Joanna when she was a toddler and we came home exhausted, but we sure have some great memories!)

Up north where I'm from, we have rattlesnakes and copperheads, especially rattlesnakes.
Here in Tennessee, it's cottonmouths. That's what they call them anyway. I don't know what the real name is.

I don't really have a preference as I don't really like to go camping! Love being out and about in nature, but I like to go home at night and sleep in my own bed (and get up in the morning and have a nice warm shower, lol.)
