After a lot of thread cleanup for off topic posts, debating and name calling this thread is being reopened. Please remeber that the Sitewide Rulesapply to all CF forums and all are required to abide by them. Also, all are required to abide by the guidelines for the Safe Houses which states:

Members who chose to participate in this safe house should identify with the Political party of this safe house. Fellowship posts from all members are welcome.


Safe House Guidelines

• The safe houses are for the purpose of enabling a group of members who are like-minded to have a thread to discuss current political topics as well as fellowship together.

• The safe house is for discussion and not for debate. Debate is defined as: "Engaging in argument by discussing opposing points."

• If a topic turns into a debate then staff will split the debate off into a new thread.

• Discussion of Politicians of all parties is allowed. Politics Forum Guidelines must be followed when discussing non-members.

• Flaming groups of members on CF is not allowed in the safe house.

• Referring to other members or groups of members as RINO's is not allowed.

• No posting of links or quotes from other threads on CF.

• No discussion or references to specific members on CF for the purpose of flaming or ridiculing that member.

If you find that any of your posts have been edited or removed by staff it was because they fell victim to the thread cleanup.

Anyway, how's it going, Minion? Haven't seen you in a while.

Going well. Teaching in a school in upstate NY now, got my own class. 6:1:2 autistic/DD population, prepping for transition to adult placement. Very hard but rewarding.. Kid is growing fast, looking into buying a house in the area. How are things on your end?

lol Got ya... I was going to say, I thought you were much younger than myself, though I'm not sure why since I can't see your age anyway.

Yes, I can imagine the pain they went through just to get the loan... my younger brother bought his latest house just a couple of years prior to me. He basically got the loan with his DL. However, when it came to me getting the loan for this house.... wow. Major headache.

My thoughts go with you as you hit the housing market. I feel your pain, mate.
