To Life Immortal
I talk with Fr. Dougherty at St George and he is nice person. He told me the times to visit and the best part is (drumroll) LITURGY IS IN ENGLISH!!! I told him thank you; you don't know how hard it is to find a church in this area (SouthEastern Pennsylvania) that has Divine Liturgy in English. It's an Antiochian church and they do some thing in Arabic, but most of the services are in English.
I was introduced to Orthodox a while back in a English speaking Russian mission then years later got baptized and chrismated in a Greek Church. I was beginning to feel lost and left out at this church. I speak other languages, but Greek is hard for me. I wasn't learning Greek fast enough and it was getting hard to go so far in winter. Thank God I found this Church over in Upper Darby.
So I will visit this Saturday for services and confession; it's been a long time since I've done so and I'm looking forward to it. I'll let you know how things turn out. Thanks for giving me a chance to talk and listen with you.
