  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

"nobody goes to the father But Thru Me"

... but "every time you help the needed, you are doing it to Me."

... but on the good samaritan parablem, it was the Atheist/pagan who did the Will of the Father, not the followers of this or that religion.

... but "religion that God Accepts as fautless is to help widows and orphans on theirs despair"

... but "even if I talked the language of angels, without Love I am nothing".

Yep, this is an endless discussion, and there's no way we can reach a conclusion.

I tend to think God Is Worried more with our actions, and not with what we say or hear.
hmm interesting, I seem to imagine God is more intrested in why we do things rather then what we do...

"Thou shall not kill"... Unless it is for survival, eg war, food, etc.

Or if we rather die than kill another human being on war... deluiberatelly save lives on war... or do whatever we can to avoid war... or if we rather die so other people can have what to eat, instead of killing....

But, like I said, who knows God's Thinking?

,,,that the people that i have came across that believe in jesus believe that he is the only way for our sins to be forgiven, n he is the only way to be connected to god or to have your prayers answered by god, n thru him is the only way to have a relationship with god
when there are alot of different religions that may even aknowledge jesus but dont put theyre intire faith in him, does that mean that they dont have a chance to have a personal relationship with god
i mean take for instance the indians (native americans) they were a people that praised everything in existence individually like the water, the sun, the trees n things of that nature, when in all acuality if god is everything in existance n the creator of all, then they really broke down praising him on a whole different level, so did that go unnoticed by god cause they didnt praise him thru jesus christ

Dude, learn to write, learn correct gammar and learn to spell. This garbage is unreadable. Who cares what you have to say when you present it like this!

Unless, you have another identity on here and are just using this "newbie" one to stir things up. Could that be the case? Hmmmm.......I wonder who you are? Oh, yeah....of course.

It Is Because God ( being the creator of all things) Has the right to establish whatever rules he choses. And he has chosen to pay the penalty for sin for us thru the blood of Jesus. Having paid that price through the sacrifice of his only son he has decided, and stated in scripture, that there is no other name given among men whereby ye must be saved. Ask yourself this! if there was another way, would you sacrifice your son anyway?
Our loving God is also a loving father and did not make this sacrifice lightly, If you choose to attempt to go to heaven through any other manner, than a personal relationship with Jesus christ, you will stand with your sins, you will fall short, and you will spend eternity in hell. I dont mean to be cruel, but out of love i can not stress strongly enough the truth of the situation that the world is in. There is no other name, given among men wherby ye must be saved.
