I have noticed this myself. If you crticize Trump, or Elon, or even other people like Jordan Peterson, they will hide your posts from most people. Even though Elon talks about being a paragon of Free Speech, it is only if it is agreeing with what Elon wants to do with X. If you go against the norm, then they don't need to ban you, they will just silence you instead.

Interestingly enough, X did flag my account (officially) as thinking I was manipulating my account or something, but it corrected itself almost immediately.

Weird, but don't really care too much.

I get shadowbanned (only I see my posts and no one else does), restrictions and temporary label placed on my X account routinely, like every one or two months... and I follow and support Elon Musk and like many of his posts. I also follow Trump, many in his cabinet and many right-wing influencers.

I have 3 accounts on X:
Account 1: my main account
Account 2: my secondary account I use when my main account gets temporarily restricted and/or shadowbanned
Account 3: This is the account I use to see if my main account is being restricted or posts are being shadowbanned. Many times they don't notify me that my account is restricted or shadowbanned but I suspect it is by limited replies to my posts. If I see my posts in my main account are being shadowbanned, I logout of my main account and use my secondary account. I then go back later to my main account when the shadowbans and restrictions are lifted. This usually takes about a week, sometimes less.

I also get posts from one account I follow (Tracy , anti-chipper, XX) repeatedly placed at the top of my feed. I see that the posts from her account gets little views, usually one view which is mine. So I'm the only one seeing her posts even though the post can be up for hours and she has over 2600 followers. So out of all her 2600 followers, I'm virtually the only follower out of 2600 that sees her posts and always placed at the top of my feed. I inquired with Grok about this anomaly and finally Grok had to conclude that this is too specific to be due to X's algorithms... In other words, there has to be direct human manipulation to keep throwing posts from that same account at the top of my feed, where I'm the only one out of her 2600 followers seeing her posts. So certain X accounts get special treatment tailored to their activities, in this case, right-wing activities.
