Teachers and guns? Nah, sounds like a recipe for disaster. In some schools that I've heard of, some teachers probably do need them. Touchy subject.

To a degree, parents do need to be responsible. But the bottom line is they can't watch their kid every second. I'm living proof of that!! lol Now if a kid shot and killed someone...I guess you'd have to really look at that on a case-by-case basis.

If some kid from a trailer park can serve, then a pampered prince can too. I see no problem with that.
Now, sending them to a warzone may be tricky. I guess I'd leave it up to the commanders to decide.

Free health care would be great in a lot of ways. But I'm quite sure it would be costly tax-wise. It would be great for those that couldn't afford it otherwise.

I'd say age five is a wee bit too young to marry.

Nope, would have still gotten married. My parents aren't known for their judgement. lol

I need structure to get stuff done...I'll drift otherwise. And then I'll post on CF. And then...oh my! lol

I tend to say my grandfather has inspired me most. We did lots of stuff when I was little that I remember to this day.

I sleep about seven hours I guess. More on a weekend. I fall asleep pretty easy. But I do need to have some kind of fan running...

Least favorite job? I worked as a Santa's elf one year. Boy did that ever suck!! I basically herded the little rugrats to keep them from rushing the Big Guy or escaping altogether.


I was bullied some...but not that bad. Not really for anything in particular. Maybe for looking dorky. lol

Worst date? Um...probably the last one I had with this ex of mine! We went to this church dinner thing and barely spoke to each other. She dumped me not long after. I should write her a nice thank-you card for that.


I had a bear hand-puppet named Stinky. But he was "real" I guess.

Hmm. I think it's a good thing. Erwin has always been way over-loaded running this place. And this past year has been really hard. I hope Lee, the new owner, can handle the load of drama!

I value friendship and loyalty. And love. Love is good.

The Harry Potter movies are pretty good as being based on books. Prisoner of Azkaban is the best one so far.

No, haven't seen that movie. Any good?
lol Haven't really heard much about that one either!
But I will say I don't much like Disney and haven't for a while.
If Turkey invaded Iraq, it will be a mess. I do hope we don't try to get involved in that. Unless the Kurds ask us to of course to protect themselves.
I hear whining all day on my job. lol You don't really get used to it...but you survive. I usually let them while for a little bit, then I ask them "closed ended" questions that gets them on track. Works fairly well.

Yeah, global warming is real. I refer you to my good friend the polar bear. And the ducks at the lake by my house who now have grass where their lake used to be.

I do care what people think about me...but not so that I'm worried about it.

I do like to cook, but don't do it often. I mostly cook breakfasty type foods. Omelettes, bacon...biscuits.
