Hmm, I have got hit in the stomach but never all that hard. All my hard hits have been in other places! I once got a real bad black eye, got kicked REAL bad in the shin, got a toe broken by a kick...but not really in the stomach that I recall.

You learn pretty quick to exhale when you get gut punched. That really does help! And it helps that I have abs of steel. lol Ok, the steel is covered by a layer of fat...but still!!
