Writer by chance?

so my mom wants me to be a writer on the side....I am goign to be a hairdresser and makeup artist...adn she wants me to start now by writing christian teen novels, b/c she sais a teens heart is where the teen christina novels have to be written, b/c older peopel jsut dont know what its like...or, they do but they dont know present day. I think people who have flair for writing at all, should all give it a try, b/c writing for Jesus woudl be awesome, adn I would definatly read any good christian novel for teens, since there arnt many out there....if you know any good christian novels for teens, please tell them to me!!

I don't know much about Christian novels, but if you want to write, go for it! Study lots of grammer and literature, and write every day

Well, I have a question: are you going to write because your mom told you to, or because you want to? While it's possible to be an effective writer when "writing for the market," you may find it easier to find topics which interest you - and not the general public. This way, you can learn how to put passion to pen to page. MHO.
