I agree, his crazy escapades with the IRS and other government agencies are much more exciting than his flawed beliefs. It's kind of funny to bring up a point like "hey uh this guy you're quoting decided to stop paying taxes" and watch how his followers respond.

I once sent an email to Patriot University, Hovind's "Alma Mater" diploma mill, asking for a list of their faculty members and their areas of specialties. They sent back a reply that they were a "student centered" school and were more interested in my development.

Here's their stringent guidlines for their doctoral dissertation:

Minimum of 150 typewritten pages; a popular writing style is permitted for the dissertation. In some cases, permission may be granted for a project in place of a dissertation.

I can imagine his writing went something like this:

"Evolution is a very, very, very, very bad thing. It has many, many, many many mistakes."

Ha! His "original" thesis didn't even meet Patriot U's guidlines for a doctoral thesis!! His "original" (read the review as to why the quotation marks, if you don't already know) was only 101 pages-49 pages short. Yet, he moans when people question his credentials?

Methinks I'll start a thread on this.

Oh I know personally that almost, if not all of his claims have been thuroughly refuted over, and over, and over again, I just posted my opinion on the continuous use of his credentials, but now that I think about it, my post does seem unnessecary, for multiple reasons.

No, but he lies about his credentials, so it's exposing him as a liar. He's been corrected on a number of things over and over again, yet still uses the same old arguments.

It's not scientifically falsifying him, Grengor, it's exposing him as a liar.
