this morning at 10:30 my phone rang. i got up outta bed and crawled to pick up the phone. it was my friend, francis. she was picking me up for church. i really didn't feel like going, but i threw on some clothes, sprayed myself with perfume, threw a piece of gum in my mouth and went out the door. even though i desperitly needed a shower. lol.
anyway, i got there, and it was okay. i was kinda outta it. but at the end this lady came up to me and said, "during the service, God gave me a burden for you. He wanted me to tell you that He's taking care of things at home and that you will find where you belong." i started to cry. that was the strangest, but one of the most awesome, experiences in my entire life. yep, all 15 years.
anyway, that's my little praise. He went from seeming so distant to seeming so real, at this extremely spiritually dry moment in my life.
please continue to pray for me, if you don't mind.
but most importantly, my pastor's wife has cancer and is currently in the hospital (has been for 2 weeks). our church is starting a prayer thing, where we sign up to pray for her at certain times of the day in 15 minute incrimates 24/7. please, please, PLEASE keep her in your prayers. i believe in the power of prayer, i believe Jesus can and will heal her. lift her up!
