Would you put on the Persinger - helmet?

Recently, I read about transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and the helmet invented by Dr. Persinger. I understand, that some 80% of the test persons experienced the feeling of a "higher reality" or "the presence".

Assumed you knew exactly, that the Persinger-helmet will convert believers into atheists (with a probability of 80%), would you put on that helmet?

If you mean would I put it on for me? No. I am already saved and love God.
Would I put it on to help convert others? Yes.
Do I think that it actually has anything to do with slavation and loving God or being closer to him? No.

I voted no. I do not believe you can have a lasting conversion experience, becoming a believer, using artificial means.

Might as well ask me if I would knowingly put on a helmet that would lower my IQ by 50 points. No. Just as most intelligent people would not knowingly reduce their intelligence, I would not knowingly reduce my spiritual awareness.
