  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Would you ever.......... (2)

No, cos I'm already married. ;)

WYE fork out a huge sum (say, in excess of $2000) to pay for your daughter's wedding dress? (Just watching an item on the cost of dresses on tv at the moment).

No. If she wants a dress that costs $2000, which she will only wear once, she can pay for it herself.

WYE pay over $100 for one ticket to see an Elton John concert?

Nope. I don't want to see some guy in a duck costume. His music sounds good but not that good.

Would you pay $100 to meet your favorite athlete and go to dinner or a park with him/her (no favorite athlete, then name someone you would pay $100 to meet)?

WYE fight the crowd to go and watch the Macy's Day parade live?
I might, it depends on how hostile the crowd is.

Would you allow a balloon made in your likeness to be paraded during the Macy's day parade?
