Would you defend the religion or religious views of a person who was not of your own religion? For instance, if someone was getting singled out because of thier religion, would you defend them if they were not your religion?

I would...everyone has a right to worship whomever they wanted to worship or follow. Unless it was a racism religion or hatred religion................

I'm unsure as to what i really think on this subject but I cannot see myself defending these people.

Never defend these people. Always defend their rights. We are no more free ourselves, than the one that has no freedoms.

Yes that is all well and good but to what extent am I to defend their rights. If A group of these people wanted to build a school which taught these ideologies should I defend their right to build and teach children?

Keep in mind that you want to build a school that teaches your moral viewpoint. The question is not only about their rights. It is about our rights. You have every right to inform the parents looking into the school of your opinion too. You have every right to build your school. It is our responsibility to let people make their own bed. It is their responsibilty to lay in it.
