Yes, Joel Osteen is Word of Faith... or maybe WoF-lite, since he usually comes off more as a motivational speaker than a preacher. What we get on his TV show is only a fraction of what his church does, so I don't really know what kind of teaching the members get. If I were in the area, I'd certainly be curious.

You are right Pastor Olsteen is a motivational speaker Very well rounded although I have never heard him correct or rebuke anyone with the word of God his sermons are a little heavy on the grace and goodness of God side As for me I like the two edged sword approach. Tell me what I am doing wrong as well as what I am doing right.what you see on TV is not the whole service they have a very good worship team I would describe his Ministry as middle of the road I beleive he is filled with the holy ghost I don't know if any prophecy ever comes forth Probably not with all those people that are in his services the word would never be heard unless he allowed them to come up on the stage and that would be a little hard as big as his congregation is

My view of him.....he is very good with psychology stuff.

If he is saving souls that is all that matters. Everything else is up to that person on who they want listen to.
He has saved so many souls and I think that is awesome of him.
IMHO. I cannot stand the man but what I think he is doing is awesome. More than what I can do. The more the merrier in the kingdom of GOD.
