Would a Christian theocracy be bad or good?

It would be really wonderful, if it was run by sinless people.

Realistically, not so good.

Put it another way -
is God's Kingdom, ruled by Jesus Christ in Truth, His Way,
better
than willingly allowing the devil to run things (as he does society today) ?

Yahweh did. Yahweh's Word in fact foretold it, that the false apostate church would not lift a finger to help anyone, but would slaughter the sheep, and would cross an ocean and a desert to make one convert that would be twice as bad as themselves.

Biblically, the kingdom of God is already here, and the fall has been reversed. However, that kingdom is a work in progress and I suggest the lessons of history are clear: a secular government is best.
