CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Our electricity was just out for 72 or so hours, it was supposed to get down to 18 degrees tonight but the power came on at 9:30pm. God delivers!

And we always need him 
God is leading me on the paths of righteousness for his name sake.
For His Glory, He is in all I do. Last week I took a photo and was astounded at the results. It revealed exactly what was needed to finish the project I was working on. Quite humbling.

God is worthy of our worship and praise and beyond more than we can ever give.
Just looking at my children, nature and the gift we have of freedom to fellowship like this puts me in awe. I don't have enough words in my language that can convey how marvelous, outstanding, wonderful and GOD He is!!!

God honors you when you step out in faith and obey His commandments, irrelevant of how difficult it may be. He gives you sufficient strength to fulfill His perfect laws and as a result rewards you with joy. What an awesome, beautiful God He is!

God exchanges his peace for our fears. I was worried about my school project b/c I created a website and put the information on it, I was so worried about the project but I asked him to give me the "peace that passes" and we did well, the teacher even wants to put it on her website b/c she thought it was great.
