Worsening Addiction (what should I do)

I am not sure what to do anymore, I have tried to get off of porn, but I keep getting back to it (my addiction comes in cycles of a few
days in and out). I doubt that the email system is going to work on my iTouch (the thing I rely for internet outside of my computer for info), nor am I going to willingly go to a yelling session (something someone I know went through to get off of porn) as that would either lead me to more depression (and possibly alcohol) or me just suddenly snapping (I have been keeping myself out of fist fights for years). I'm not sure who to go to or what to do anymore. (Freedom Session at my church was shut down).

This is a Christian web site dedicated to help Christians to be set free from porn. Please register as a member, and ask for a mentor to be assigned to you. That person will help you through email contact. Do let hesitate, the earlier you start the better it is for you.

This is a problem for everybody, myself included. Learning to delay instant gratification (aka the reason for watching porn) helps. Its an ongoing struggle and im sure i will be for a very long time.

I don't know how one can expect to get off porn addiction (or any addiction) without a determination, a plan, and dedication to it. So, what are you going to do? Lamenting the problem is reasonable, but dwelling on that won't get the job done.

If one receives the Lord Jesus, the Christ of God, into their life one will achieve several things: 1) get their soul saved for all eternity (a worthy endeavor); 2) have a sure resource for addictions and all one's sins; 3) find happiness and peace and assurance for life and forever. That sounds like a winning plan ---right? One should also look into a program on addiction for those who have no will-power.
