Lord,
I pray you give us grace and wisdom to suffer long and be kind, to return cursing with blessings, to rejoice in all trials, knowing they build patience, knowing that all things work together for those who love you.
Let us be of one mind with you, Lord, and remember that without you we can do nothing, knowing that we are worthless and worth less than nothing, knowing that by walking in your ways and showing love in place of hatred that we will shine your light in all the world. Let us be your lights, please, Lord.
Allow us to be perfect, Lord, as you also are perfect and to have peace that surpasses all understanding so that all who walk in darkness in the shadow of death, burdened and troubled by principalities and powers might see our good works and glorify you.
Thank you Lord that you have given us wisdom to allow us to pray what you would have us pray and to seek what you would have us seek and that you have called us out of darkness into your glorious light.
Let us be thankful always Lord that you have done these things for us by your great mercy and kindness and by those things that you suffered upon the Earth because of wicked men like us.
Allow us to keep your commandments and have them always in remembrance and that the brethren might receive comfort by your words that you have given to us to speak to them, by your word, especially as we see the signs now upon the Earth and knowing that the generation of the fig tree is old and the time is at hand.
Let us purify ourselves and wash ourselves in your blood that we might be clean before you. Let us put on your whole armour and love you with all of our minds, hearts, souls and strength and love the brethren as ourselves.
Knowing that we can do nothing without you, Lord, we pray that you give us power to do all these things and in all things to endure all that you place before us and to look up and rejoice that the summer draws nigh.
Amen.
