When you say fasting, I am assuming you mean completely going without any kind of food, correct?

If so, I would suggest juice's such as Orange, Apple, Grape. I would also suggest Milk. Be very careful when coming off of a long fast, ease yourself back on. And if at anytime you feel like your health is becoming dangerous, you should come off slowly. I have a friend who did a 40 day fast, on day 38 He had to be rushed to the Hospital for lack of health.

May I ask why you are doing this fast, just out of curiosity? I actually am doing a 3 day 12 hour per day fast right now, started today. I have also done 24 hour fasts before and I have also attempted a 21 day Daniel fast before.
