Working the night shift?

Aluminum foil over the windows to block the sun lol. I worked the grave yard shift in high school over the summer at a gas station.....it was brutal at age 16 lol.

I figured this out about 4 hours ago. lol Yes, we all drink the blood of Jesus via the Eucharist. I was tired and goofy last night. lol

Bad parts:

1. Gas station food, because thats all thats open!

You forget Waffle House, Krystal, and Perkins. The Perkins near my old job actually banned everyone that worked at my old job from eating there. I don't know what happened, but you literally could not eat at Perkins if you were wearing a uniform from my employer.

I sleep much better during the day if the TV or radio is on. I don't know why, and the same isn't true for the night, but it helps me sleep when the sun is up. Blacking out a room never helped me.

For some years, when I had no work of my own, I was called to work nights at an elderly house (do You call it that?) when ordinary workers got sick... I was lucky if I knew it in time to get some sleep before.
A good book and lots of chocolate was my way to make it...
