Actually I am still at home from the fall. My hands have been going numb and their are days I just can't lift my head. I go see the neuro doctor this morning.

Sorry, to hear about the other lady not working out. That must really be hard since you aren't in an office to show what she can do. Then at the same time working at home must be wonderful. I have to admit I don't know what I would get anything done.

I need some sleep, I am not sleeping and it is beginning to wear on me.

I have just this past few weeks experienced the worst part of being a working mother. I have pneumonia. The pneumonia triggered my asthma to return worse than ever. I had to miss 2 weeks of work. Now normally, this wouldn't be an issue, I dont' use my time, but when dh was deployed, I had to use a lot of time to deal with the kids. So now I am going to lose a week's pay. Plus, I was home for two weeks sick, and I realized how much I missed being there for my kids. Even though they are gone to school, because I am working, I can't do their hair, etc like I can when I don't work, and I was there to help them with their homework and be there when the door opened. I miss it now

I go back to the doctor on Monday to find out if I need neck surgery or not. I know I do my doctor regular doctor has told me that before that I would not be able to avoid it forever. I am just scared.

Then I really don't want to go back to work at least not to this job. I hate it.

I want to look for a job but I guess I need to wait to see what the doctor says about my back. There are days I can't hold my head up, I really hurt so bad.

I think I may go back to school. I wish I could stay home but I have to work. If I'm going to have to do this, I think I need to be able to make more money so that I don't hate it quite so much.

What is crazy is if you change your job title from Admin assistant to Executive Assistant your salary changes by about 10 thousand a year or more.

What's really nuts, I have an Associates Degree in Secretarial Arts. I kid you not. But out here in AZ all that matters is if you can speak Spanish. I don't know. I think it may be the sickness, but my heart just isn't in it right now.

A friend of my sisters is in Texas and she said you can't get a job paying over $8 an hour unless you can speak spanish.

One of those big outdoor umbrellas that go into those concrete bases fell on my neck a few months ago. Since then every few weeks I get a terrible pain on the side of my neck that the umbrella fell. I can hardly move my head. Sometimes its so bad I can't even get out of bed I have to be so still.

Hoping God opens some doors for you ladies.

I hate living in pain. It makes doing things for Taylor so hard. It is almost impossible to be a mom and live in constant pain.

I haven't been able to get all of our laundry done or anything. I have only been doing towels, sheets and what we just have to have. It is going to take me a week to catch up as soon as I feel better.

The doctor told me today that he thinks a lot of my pain is from stress. The stress in my life has me so tense that it is cause my muscles to tighten and cause more pain.

Please pray for me. I really don't want to go back to that job. Please pray that God opens the door for me to get a better job.

I can't even imagine the pressure of being a single mom...financial, emotional etc. No wonder you feel stressed. I'm really praying that the Lord would provide you with a job that you love that has a salary that is even beyond your expectations.
