How do we survive in an ungodly work environment? I constantly get overwhelmed with the vast amount of duties required of me and when I mess up ( which happens almost once a week) and I get persecuted for that I can't blame anyone but myself. Need some encouragement!

Being ready to work, is a full time occupation; if you are at work, you are already doing more than is absolutely required of you

I guess the first good place to start is accepting what is rather than what you think should be!

Colossians 3

22 Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to curry their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. 23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

When you get out in the workplace its not a like a protected christian bubble where nothing bad happens, you sorta need to toughen up do your job and go home to that nice place thats not work.

You might consider stepping back and surveying the work climate for everyone. Are there shortcuts that need to be taken, workspaces that need to be relocated, sequences of activities that could be improved? You might find there's a "working smarter" solution that God can help you with, which would benefit everyone.

I know that's not what you're asking, but it could make a big impact spiritually, socially, and professionally.

My friend works at a company where people are dishonest and cheat on their spouses with each other. My friend is a Christian and does not do the bad things. One of the most dishonest people there who doesn't believe in God says there is only one person in that office that he trusts, and that is my Christian friend because he knows he is honest. So be honest and dependable and Godly and it will speak for itself.
