My job shorted my paycheck by half. And I've been pulling an arm and a leg the last couple days just to get my money that I worked for.
This is the same company that let's a hole in the roof where it rains go unfixed and calls the plumber instead of someone to fix the roof lol.
The same job that makes you wait a whole year for health insurance.
They also were storing their medication vials in the bathroom and I complained and had them moved. Meds fall on the floor go right back in the container for people to take. Cross contamination happens all the time the only thing they really make sure you clean the pill trays between is warfarin and bactrim so hopefully no one has other allergies cause.... And they don't make people wear gloves when handling people's pills. We try not to touch meds but it happens.
The same job that that one genius on here tried to defend saying no one is perfect. This is beyond not perfect.
Why isn't it possible to find a job that can work with a school schedule that is M-Th 7am-5pm :/ with that school schedule it feels impossible to get a better job. This place is the worst job I have worked! How am I working in healthcare and can't even get insurance for basic medical issues myself. While I watch people come in and buy narcotics and whisky on Medicaid and not pay a cent. I'm just over this.
