I have a work situation, which I cant go into due to confidentiality issues.

Would appreciate prayers, good wishes, positive vibes etc for a quick safe resolution of this situation, and safety and protection for those who need it

Thanks

Tenebrae,
Are you Edward Snowden? Just kidding. I don't know if your confidentiality has to do with national security or job security, what we all need is the security that Jesus has given us, knowing that when we are in those peculiar situations we find ourselves in throughout life, that we can turn to him and find peace.

I have prayed that you find the resolution of your job situation. Asking the , Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is something I can do for you, and gladly do. Remember to say a prayer for yourself, too. He tells us to bring all things to the Lord in prayer. We also know that we don't receive things from God if we don't ask for them.

Hang in there,

I'm a nurse, we are bound by patient confidentiality in that we can only discuss details with people directly involved in the persons care.

To discuss it on an unsecure chanel like a forum would be big no no and given the horribly sensitive nature of the situation yea well

Appreciate your prayers, its one of those situations where I am doing everything I can and it still feels like I'm not doing nearly enough

Do what you can do. I know nurses are overworked, underpaid. Sometimes, people can treat you like your not even there, or not a full person. I have seen those scenarios, but what you are doing is important. From a Christian point of view, I would say this, not knowing the facts of your situation: Love. Paul wrote that love is patient, kind, does not envy, or boast, is not proud. Love is not rude, nor self-seeking, and is not easily angered. Love keeps no record of wrongs. Love doesn't delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects and perseveres. Love never fails.
Paraphrasing from 1 Corinthians 13.

Sometimes, we just have to do what we can, do what is right. It is occasionally easy, but more often pretty tough. By living and loving others, as you most assuredly do to choose a profession as you have, focusing on what love truly is can be easy to forget, but important to focus on.

I hope your situation can be resolved, but no matter what, keep yourself above the fray. Don't let other's actions bring you down to their level. Set the bar high and let others follow you. When we love unconditionally as Paul writes, it is impossible to not receive love in return.
