Matt 17:20 Jesus said, I "say" to you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall "say" to this mountain (any problem, no matter how big) Remove hence to yonder place & it shall remove & nothing shall be impossible unto you

8 The word is near you, even in thy mouth & in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach
(MY NOTE: The WORD/Jesus the Christ is nearby. Even in your spoken words of faith in Him)
9 If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus & shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved
(MY NOTE: Speak/proclaim your faith in His sin atoning work & believe He was raised from the grave & you will be saved)
