A woman is suing an abortionist for allegedly leaving more than half of her unborn child inside her after an abortion.

The 32-year-old woman, identified as “Jane Doe,” was about five months pregnant with her fifth child when she traveled from Indianapolis to an abortion facility in Champaign, Illinois.

Days later, she needed emergency care and surgery to remove remnants of her 22-week-old child from her body.

Now, Doe is suing the abortionist for medical negligence.

Doe and her lawyers filed the lawsuitagainst Dr. Keith Reisinger-Kindle and his Equity Clinic last week in the Circuit Court of Champaign County.

On April 1 and 2, 2023, Doe visited the Equity Clinic for a late-term abortion. The next day, she called the clinic to report heavy cramping.

When Doe first reported something had gone wrong, the clinic told her to take Tylenol and laxatives, the lawsuit alleges.

The Church - from the Vatican on "down" - ought to enter a prolonged, deep, sincere and faithful praying into the Book of Revelation in Holy Scripture. We, the Church, need to listen until we can hear, and hear until we believe, and believe until we act upon the Holy Truth written so many ages ago for our salvation. We, the Church, have been and perhaps are, and some perhaps are consciously and intentionally, complicit in the many acts of insult, blasphemy, sacrilege and worse in this world against God. There is a judgment coming, and it seems that precious few have found and entered that purifying room of self-knowledge. We must never leave it.
6. I wish I could explain this better but am unable to do so. Let us learn from it, sisters, that if we would bear any resemblance to our God and our Spouse, we must strive to walk ever in the truth. I do not merely mean that we should not tell falsehoods thank God, I see that in these convents you are most careful never to do so on any account--but I desire that as far as possible we should at with perfect truth before God and man and above all that we should not wish to be thought better than we are; that in all our deeds we should ascribe to God what is His and attribute what is ours to ourselves, and that we should seek for verity in all things. Thus we shall care little for this world, which is but deception and falsehood, and therefore cannot last. Once, while I was wondering why our Lord so dearly loves the virtue of humility, the thought suddenly struck me, without previous reflection, that it is because God is the supreme Truth and humility is the truth, for it is most true that we have nothing good of ourselves but only misery and nothingness: whoever ignores this, lives a life of falsehood. They that realize this fact most deeply are the most pleasing to God, the supreme Truth, for they walk in the truth. God grant, sisters, that we may have the grace never to lose this self-knowledge! Amen.
