just wanted to post an update with what is going on with my roommate. Today he saw me go to church and come back. We didn't talk about it that much except that I went and ran into a mutual acquaintance of ours at the Church.
I really want to witness to him and I see an opportunity to as just this past weekend he broke up with his girlfriend (they were in a long distance relationship and this is not the first time they have broken up) and he has been very upset about it.
First, I want to ask for prayer for him during this time of heartbreak. Secondly, I want to ask for prayer and advice from you guys on how to witness to him during this time. I was thinking of starting with something along the lines of God loves you but am at a loss on how to go from there.
I don't have that much time to really witness to him as I am about to have an 11-day visit with my parents for a wisdom tooth extraction surgery and Easter. I am leaving early Friday morning and will not be back until late in the afternoon on the 22nd. And, I am feeling like the Lord and the Holy Spirit are urging me to witness to him. I have been praying for his salvation and for strength and the words to witness to him daily.
