WITH THANKSGIVING
Philippians 4:6
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God;
Colossians 2:7
rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving
Colossians 4:2
Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving
If you hear the voice of the Holy Spirit calling you, do not resist the calling to approach the Lord Jesus on bended knee. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. An incredible love, joy, peace, hope, kindness, mercy, etc... all included in the life of Christ. That's it, LIFE!! The life of Christ in us is waiting to shine to those around us. "We have this TREASURE in jars of clay"! Paul says, "No longer I but Christ", and he meant it!! Through His death we have Life, but not a life of "human effort", but the life of the Son of God!
When Christ died on the Cross He defeated the powers of death by nailing our sins to the Cross. Death no longer has dominion over us. The blood that was poured out for us fully meets the forgiveness of sins. Our Father sees us through the death of His Son with an unconditional love and is COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! And through this death we have life through the incredible resurrection of Christ!! "For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son".
Don't hang your heads!! Lift your hands, and your hearts, and praise your Father for the awesome victory of His Son!!! Who are we to say His blood is not sufficient, and try to please Him with dead works through an old self that was crucified with Christ nearly 2000 years ago? NO! Stand up! and know that He is satisfied forever! Walking in the knowledge that you are forgiven does not feed the flesh, but an incredible power through His Holy Spirit! And when light dawns and we can see the power of His mighty forgiveness, the Spirit will manifest a life that is not of "human effort". The Joy of the Lord will take over, and you will lift your hands in freedom and thanksgiving and tell your Holy Father... THANK YOU FOR SENDING YOUR SON !!!!
