I would love to assume that you were acknowledging the Deity of Christ in the above, as well as His torture and death as payment for the sins of at least one man, (Adam).
No doubt you are aware of the biblical position that declares that all of mankind inherited a sinful nature from the progenitor of all of the human race; again, Adam. Actually, God does not condemn everyone for the sins of Adam, but for their own sins.
Using the Ten Commandments (the prologue to the Mosaic Law), along with said Law (or more accurately Laws), as the standard by which God judges as to whether or not one is a sinner, do you know ANYONE who can say they do not qualify as a sinner? That is of course excepting the One we call Jesus.
Again, the last part of the 24th verse of John chap.8... "...if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins."
P.S. God is not a tyrant. He would not "viciously" condemn anyone. But He IS righteous, and so He made provision for everyone and anyone (including you and me) to be reconciled to Himself by putting faith in the finished work of Christ on Calvary's cross.
