Yeah...I can't complain too much because I thought Wausau is a great city for a kid to grow up. But I would NEVER live there for the rest of my life! I think it is important to branch out and go to a bigger, more diverse city to "expand your horizons." I LOVE the Twin Cities!!!

I feel the same way. I grew up in Plover, and now reside in Saint Paul. But, I'm a Wisconsin girl at heart, and I'd like to move back some day. Not back to Plover Heaven forbid! I love Madison though.

It's not the snow that he will grow tired of, it will be the cold! Wisconsin gets snow but not to the point that it is unbareable, the cold however is a whole different matter. That's what I get tired of anyway...

Cold~~that and it last so dang long..way up into April.
So I have my winter coat out..how about you guys..lol

last week i was at a gas station and it was maybe around 15-20° out. I saw 2 people fueling up their cars wearing shorts and no jacket! I could tell they were suffering too.


Besides giving me a good laugh it was clear thew cold took them by surpise.

Serves them right!
