So I made this short video in early march.
It's about the evolution of a new strain of wheat. Winter wheat.
Wonderful stuff, that lets northern farmers harvest two crops a year.
Winter wheat is an example of observed evolution. And a very good crop to have up here.

Why would you make a video, Dan, and give us the benefits of winter wheat, then say creationists have to make an excuse for winter wheat to "go away"?

That's pretty low, isn't it?

I suspect though, that what you meant to say, is that creationists have to make an excuse for winter wheat being an example of evolution to "go away."

yes, and? Your point is?
It's not the kind of evolution you would want me to think it is.

It is adaptation, a form of microevolution.

Creationists accept microevolution.

My family album shows microevolution in progress.

Macroevolution, on the other hand, can take a hike.

Why not?

Not at all.

Yes. You do tend to be wrong most of the time. This is no exception

Evolution is evolution.
Splitting it into two discrete entities is a dishonest tactic to save creationist preachers further embarrassment.
The Winter Wheat strain is an example of EVOLUTION.
Adaptation at the GENETIC level.
There is no such thing as "microevolution". Just as there is no such thing as "microgestation", or "microgrowth".

Oh, I don't know.

Maybe to keep yourself from looking falsely accusatory?

On the other hand, I'll admit I never heard of winter wheat, and you have.

So let me go into SNOPES MODE and ask you to give us an example of a creationist who has to make an excuse for winter wheat to go away?

You know? like a name?

Jerry Falwell.
Kenneth Copeland.
Pat Robertson.
Need I go on?

No.

I don't believe you.

That is your choice. And your effort is noted
You wouldn't believe an obvious fact unless it was repeated by a preacher.
And even then, It would have to conform to your presuppositions.
That is why you have a personal entry on Encyclopedia Dramatica.
The water could be up to your roof, and you would refuse be believe me when I tell you its a flood, because you refuse to accept any flood not in your bible.

How is it you heard Ken Ham, et alii, give excuses for winter wheat to go away, and no one else has?

Are there videos to that effect?

It's about the evolution of a new strain of wheat. Winter wheat.
Yes, and from 02:30 - 02:45 you ask:

'But if evolution is a fraud, if evolution is a conspiracy, if evolution is a wicked plot, how do they pull off winter wheat?'

The fact of the matter is: It is still winter wheat.

The typical response of one that does not realize that he is still an ape.
Um ... let's try this again.

Triticum aestivum is still Triticum aestivum.

Of course it is. But your point is pointless.
Not on the [now denied] macroscale.

Q: Is it still wheat? if so? what specifically is the point of the OP?
