CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have left teh CF to spend time with my Fam.
OK now I admit, I haven't read much of the actual game, but reading here and looking at others chars I don't really see any magic... just powers that could be considered supernatural (like x-men). So I think I should be able to come up with something... and if noone has any ideas about how to get all the characters together I could come up with something.. I've got ideas brewing already....
So is there an actual place this is taking place, or a made up city in modern times?

In time to come, the chars will meet up.
It's pretty much modern time. I havent really thought much about whether its a made up world or just plain ol' earth. Probably earth or a mix of both.

What do you think? Also before I can join with Arguile I need to understand your use of magic more... is it just teh powers? And how do teh gems give teh agents abilities? If we are talking about actual magic as in spells and stuff, I wont play. Otherwise if we are talking like X-men stuff, or God given abilities then I'm fine with that.

Well, it is kinda like x-men. Abilities vary from character to character. Some may
have the same abilities as others, some are unique. Some are natural, others are supernatural, some have effects on the environment, some over matter, and sometimes people. Some characters may have more than others. You can have any number of abilies, but not waaaay too many.
As for gems, they work by command of the mind. Take Mountaindog's character, Zeve, for instance. See how he focused on an area, concentrated on a gem, and then commanded Force Rebound? It works like that.

Actually since RChic doesn't have anyone to interact with I'll fidn her chars first...

Ill leave teh typos for everyone to laugh at for now...
LoH gave me an idea... I'm gonna just have a generic entry, and let anyone who wants to "find" me do so at tehir own measure... that or Arguile will just stalk everyone until he knows for sure they are the "one's" he is looking for...
