I know that this is an usual question that I am about to ask, but will we remeber anything about this life in heaven?? I mean , it seems pointless to do anything worthwhile if we/re not going to remember it. Atleast to me it does and I'm sure there are peopel who don't want to remember anything from this life., But what the happy experience, the places we have seen. I don't know , I just was wondering , to me it really isn't something I lose sleep over. Anyway any input that can be provided by anyone would be appreciated. Thanks

I geuss noone really knows for sure, it is a matter of opinion. Just like my next question is. Will we have the same personalities, I mean what will make Heaven interesting?? I know the main reason to desire to be in Heaven is to be with GOd but what about the other people we have to enteract with ?? , Will we all be clones or will it be more interesting that that and will we have our own destinctive personalities?? Again noone really knows for sure but what do you think, what is your opinion??

There is a story about two monks. They made an agreement that the one who goes first to the heaven comes back and tells how it is there. So, one day the other one died. The one who was left went to sleep and had a dream. The dead one came to him. Sleeping one asked "tell me now, how is it there". The dead one said:"It's different."

So I believe - it is something beoynd our words, simply different. Then it doesn't matter any more what happened here in this world, but for me that doesn't make it all the same what I do here. I have this life to be lived fully doing the little I can, doing it willingly and with joy...

Thats a great question!

I do believe we will remember the good things, the Bible speaks about "storing up treasures in heaven" and receiving rewards according to our good works. As for the bad things, I think we will remember them but totally detest the slightest hint of sin. Before entering heaven we will be made pure in spirit, which will make us detest sin more than we can imagine. Once we are united with God, sin will be the grossest and stupidest thing. It should be now but we all fall on occasion, and sometimes we sin without realizing it.

I think Heaven, in the presence of the Almighty - will be the best experience we can ever have, beyond our wildest imaginations, making the words "ecstasy" and "bliss" seem boring, because its so much better! When we see God in His glory....oh what a happy day that will be!
