Verse 16, in the passage you quoted, provides a clue. Yahshua uses this expression when he's attempting to convey a deeper spiritual message than appears on the surface. These messages call for discernment.

That siad, how do your reconcile your interpretation with this verse:

(CLV) Ac 15:20
but to write an epistle to them to be abstaining from ceremonial pollution with idols, and prostitution, and what is strangled, and blood.

I mean if nothing you eat will defile you; why would blood?

You use Hebrew symbols in your avatar and yet lack knowledge of the OT?

Eating of blood was prohibited by God after Noah left the Ark! It was for all mankind! Matter of fact let us look at the passage!

Genesis 9 King James Version (KJV)
9 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

So why did God give Israel a unique diet? As it is written, sao that they will be different from the peoples around them.

There was no spiritual blessing (other than obedience) in not mixing fabrics, or cutting your beard a certain way, or not eating pork etc.etc.etc. God set those laws up just to make Israel different!

Acts 21:25
As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.

This was covered on page 2:

James was referencing Leviticus 17 in reference to the ger toshav.

A ger toshav is a gentile who accepts the authority of the Torah and the rabbis upon himself, but specifically as applied to gentiles. The term ger toshav may be used in a formal or informal sense.

In the formal sense, a ger toshav is a gentile who officially accepts the seven Noahide Laws as binding upon himself in the presence of a beth din (Jewish rabbinical court). In the Talmudic discussion regarding the ger toshav, there are two other, differing minority opinions (Avodah Zarah, 64b) as to what the ger toshav accepts upon himself:[6][7]

  1. To abstain from idolatrous practices of any kind (detailed in Exodus 20:2–4, Deut 5:6–8).[2]
  2. To uphold all the 613 commandments in rabbinical enumeration,[2] except for the prohibition against eating kosher animals that died by means other than ritual slaughter, or possibly[6] (Meiri) any prohibition not involving kareth.
The accepted legal definition is the majority opinion that the ger toshav must accept the seven Noahide Laws before a rabbinical court of three.[2][6] Such a ger toshav receives certain legal protections and privileges from the community, the rules regarding Jewish-Gentile relations are modified, and there is a Biblical obligation to render him aid when in need. The restrictions on having a gentile do work for a Jew on the Sabbath are also stricter when the gentile is a ger toshav.[8]

In the informal sense, a ger toshav is one who accepts the Noahide Laws on his own, or alternatively, simply rejects idolatry[2][6] (the latter issue is in particular brought up regarding Muslims.)[6] More formally, a gentile who accepts the Seven Mitzvot, although not before a beth din, is known as chasid umot ha'olam, which means "Pious People of the World."[9] There is discussion among the halakhic authorities as to which of the rules regarding a ger toshav would apply to the informal case.[2][8]

The procedure has been discontinued since the cessation of the year of Jubilee, and hence, there are no formal gerim toshvim (plural) extant today. However, it can be argued that a great deal are "informal" ones,[6] especially since it is possible to be a chasid umot ha'olam even when the Jubilee Year is not observed.[10]

Leviticus 17
7 No longer shall they sacrifice their sacrifices to hairy goat-demons after whom they have been prostituting. An eonian statute shall this become for them throughout their generations. 8 To them you shall say:Any man from the house of Israel or from the sojourners who sojourn in your midst who should offer an ascent offering or a sacrifice 9 and not bring it to the opening of the tent of appointment to offer it to Yahweh, that man will be cut off from his kinsmen. 10 As for any man from the house of Israel and from the sojourners sojourning in your midst who should eat any blood, I will set My face against the soul eating blood, and I will cut him off from among his people, 11 for the soul of the flesh, it is in the blood, and I Myself have assigned it to you to make a propitiatory shelter over your souls on the altar; for the blood, in the soul it makes a propitiatory shelter. 12 Therefore I say to the sons of Israel:No soul at all of you shall eat blood; nor shall the sojourner sojourning in your midst eat blood. 13 Any man from the sons of Israel and from the sojourners sojourning in your midst who hunt a game animal or a flyer which may be eaten will pour out its blood and cover it with soil, 14 for the soul of all flesh is its blood; as its soul is it. So I said to the sons of Israel:The blood of any flesh you shall not eat, for the soul of all flesh, it is its blood. Everyone eating it shall be cut off.

This was the bare minimum to share table fellowship with Israel.

(CLV) Isa 66:15
For behold, Yahweh, iwith fire shall He come, And His chariots like a sweeping whirlwind, To bring back His anger with fury, And His rebuke with blazes of fire.

(CLV) Isa 66:17
Those who sanctify themselves And who cleansed themselves for the gardens, going after one in their midst, Eating the flesh of swine and the abominable thing and the rodent, They shall be swept up together, averring is Yahweh;

Note: Poll refers to pork bacon.
Neither will there be weddings or Kosher hotdogs.

Matthew 22:29 But Jesus answered them, "You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God. 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are like God's angels in heaven.”

Not biblically.

Yup!

As for the Lords wisdom in MAtt. 15:

17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?

See that word whatever? that means he was talking about more than unwashed hands.

Then one more:

Acts 21:25
As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication

The council of jerusalem (James and others) did not impose the Mosaic Law dietary restrictions on the gentiles- why do you?

Also: Galatians 2

12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision.

13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.

14 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?

Peter ate with the Galatians and ate stuff the Mosaic Law forbade! He wimped out when Jewish believers came ands Paul had to rebuke him!

He "defined" all animals as food when he told Peter to “Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.”

This was covered earlier on this page:

Three times Peter said NO WAY! When it was all over; he was still hungry. What did he do? Did he run right out and grab a Mc'Double Pork Burger Supreme? No! Peter was still trying to figure out what had just happened; when the Ruach told him that three men were looking for him.

This passage has nothing to do with bacon; and even if it did; Peter said NO!

YHWH prohibits pork too. It's in the OT. That's my point.

Pas means all things! Not som ethings of a lot of things---BUT all things.

So to put it in modern English.

So Jesus answered them saying , or you guys still dolts or what?

Haven't you learned yet that everything that goes into the mouth, goes into the belly and then is either urinated or defecated out! So nothing that a person eats will defile them.

As for all that other mumbo jumbo you said- people ate food every day without rabbinic blessings or rituals. and if they were in the fields, I bet many ate without washing their hands first!

Besides Jew and Gentile are free of the Mosaic ordinances. If you still think we are under th edietary restrictions, then all the other restrictions as well and you are defiled! How much of your wardrobe is made of mixed materials??

3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Covered on page 3:

(CLV) Gn 9:3
Every moving animal that is alive, shall be yours for food; as with the green herbage, I give to you everything.

How can this be?

Here is the Hebrew original script, from left to right.

את כל יִהְיֶה לְאָכְלָה כְּיֶרֶק עֵשֶׂב נָתַתִּי לָכֶם כָּל רֶמֶשׂ אֲשֶׁר הוּא חַי לָכֶם

Here are the CLV translations word for word.

to·you living he which moving [animal] every-of to·you I-give herbage as·green for·food he-is-becoming all

Now the word "animal" was added by the translator. If that word hadn't been added by the translator; it would seem that this verse might be saying:

"To you who lives, he which moves, I give green herbage for food. He is becoming all?"

So I looked up each word with Google Hebrew translator. Here's what I get:

to you
He lives
which
insect?
all
to you
I gave
grass
A vegetable
For eating
will be
all

7 Know, consequently, that those of faith, these are sons of Abraham." 8 Now the scripture, perceiving before that God is justifying the nations by faith, brings before an evangel to Abraham, that In you shall all the nations be blessed." 9 So that those of faith are being blessed together with believing Abraham. 10 For whoever are of works of law are under a curse, for it written that, Accursed is everyone who is not remaining in all things written in the scroll of the law to do them."

Where is this written?

(CLV) Dt 27:26
Cursed be the one who is not carrying out all the words of this law to do them. Then all the people will say: Amen!

Interesting. Let's read on.

The very next verse in this book:

(CLV) Dt 28:1
It will come to be if you should hearken, yea hearken to the voice of Yahweh your Elohim, to observe and to do all His instructions which I am enjoining on you today, that Yahweh your Elohim will give you supremacy over all the nations of the earth.

(CLV) Dt 28:2
And all these blessings will come on you and overtake you in case you should hearken to the voice of Yahweh your Elohim.

Paul isn't telling us anything new. Is it YHWH's law that is cursed?

(CLV) Ro 7:12
So that the law, indeed, is holy, and the precept holy and just and good.

Or is it disobedience to YHWH's law that brings the curses?

(CLV) Ro 2:13
For not the listeners to law are just with God, but the doers of law shall be justified.

(CLV) Hb 10:28
Anyone -repudiating Moses' LAW is dying without pity on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
(CLV) Hb 10:29
Of how much worse punishment, are you supposing, will he be counted worthy who tramples on the Son of God, and deems the blood of the covenant iby which he is hallowed contaminating, and outrages the spirit of grace?

11 Now that in law no one is being justified with God is evident, for the just one by faith shall be living." 12 Now the law is not of faith, but who does them "shall be living in them."

(CLV) 1Jn 3:9
Everyone who is begotten of God is not doing sin, for His seed is remaining in him, and he can not be sinning, for he is begotten of God.

13 Christ reclaims us from the curse of the law, becoming a curse for our sakes, for it is written, Accursed is everyone hanging on a pole,

(CLV) 1Jn 2:1
My little children, these things am I writing to you that you may not be sinning. And if anyone should be sinning, we have an Entreater with the Father, Jesus Christ, the Just.

14 that the blessing of Abraham may be coming to the nations in Christ Jesus,

Israel

that we

Israel

may be obtaining the promise of the spirit through faith." 15 Brethren

Israel

(I am saying this as a man), a human covenant likewise having been ratified, no one is repudiating or modifying it."

The covenant stands in its' entirety.

16 Now to Abraham the promises were declared, and to his Seed. He is not saying "And to seeds,as of many, but as of One: And to "your Seed, which is Christ."

How does Messiah define seed?

(CLV) Lk 8:11
"Now this is the parable: The seed is the word of God.

In the beginning was the word...

17 Now this am I saying: a covenant, having been ratified before by God, the law, having come four hundred and thirty years afterward, does not invalidate, 18 so as to nullify the promise. For if the enjoyment of the allotment is of law, it is no longer of promise. Yet God has graciously granted it to Abraham through the promise." 19 What, then, is the law? On behalf of transgressions was it added, until the Seed should come to Whom He has promised, being prescribed through messengers in the hand of a mediator." 20 Now there is no Mediator of one. Yet God is One. 21 Is the law, then, against the promises of God? May it not be coming to that! For if a law were given that is able to vivify, really, righteousness were out of law."

YHWH's law is not against grace.

22 But the scripture locks up all together under sin,

...because all have sinned.

The Law of Sin

that the promise out of Jesus Christ's faith may be given to those who are believing.

Faith

(CLV) Gn 15:6
Now Abram believed on Elohim, and He reckoned it to him for righteousness

(CLV) Gn 26:5
inasmuch as your father Abraham hearkened to My voice and kept My charge, My instructions, My statutes and My laws.

(CLV) Ja 2:22
You are observing that faith worked together with his works, and by works was faith perfected.

(CLV) Ja 2:23
And fulfilled was the scripture which is saying, Now "Abraham believes God, and it is reckoned to him for righteousness," and he was called "the friend of God."

(CLV) Ja 2:24
You see that by works a man is being justified, and not by faith only.

Obedience to YHWH's Law is the fruit of faith.

23 Now before the coming of faith we were garrisoned under law, being locked up together for the faith about to be revealed."

Under The Law of Sin and Death. See: Paul on the Law Romans Chapter 8

24 So that the law has become our escort to Christ, that we may be justified by faith."

"Has become," not "used to be."

How do we come to Messiah?

Torah? The Law of Sin and Death?

25 Now, at the coming of faith, we are no longer under an escort,

Through faith YHWH works through us. This is demonstrated repeatedly throughout the Gospels.

Faith in him frees us from the bondage of the Law of Sin. See: Paul on the Law Romans Chapter 7

26 for you are all sons of God, through faith in Christ Jesus."

(CLV) 1Jn 3:9
Everyone who is begotten of God is not doing sin, for His seed is remaining in him, and he can not be sinning, for he is begotten of God.

What is sin?

(CLV) 1Jn 3:4
Everyone who is doing sin, is doing lawlessness also, and sin is lawlessness.

Well brother I can only answer this in love.

You r understanding of the Word of God is a mess.

You use a lousy translation
You mix words that are used differently in different contexts like seed!

Abrahm was 430 years before the law so Abraham was not under the dietary restrictions.

The law was doen away with for righteousness by Jesus!

Romans

Romans 4:15
Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

Personally I would prefer the Mosaic Law to the Law of Christ! the Old Law has only 613 commands and most were just not eat this or don't do that,

while the Law of Christ has 1008 commands and nearly all of them are matters of the heart andrequire us to die to ouselves! It is far easier to give up lobster than to love your enemy.

I suppose you give eye for an eye as well.

Isaiah Says yes, after a nice long life.

Isaiah 65:17-21

"For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth..."

"...for the child shall die a hundred years old"
Revelation 21 tells us death will be no more. The entire OP is a strawman.

Well good for you , but James did not tell gentile Christians to abstain from pork or shellfish or fish without scales or animals whose hooves were not split etc.

The law was fulfilled and thus rendered moot in christ!

You need to keep in mind that The Law came 430 years after the covenant of faith... and that once it was ratified (in Genesis 15) the covenant of faith cannot have any additions or conditions added to it.

[Gal 3:6-9, 14-18 NASB] 6 Even so Abraham BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS RECKONED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS. 7 Therefore, be sure that it is those who are of faith who are sons of Abraham. 8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, [saying,] "ALL THE NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED IN YOU." 9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer. ...

Abraham was the primary person saved by grace through faith in the GOSPEL of Jesus Christ. God preached the gospel to him, and when he believed it, he was declared righteous.

14 in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. 15 Brethren, I speak in terms of human relations: even though it is [only] a man's covenant, yet when it has been ratified, no one sets it aside or adds conditions to it. 16 Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. He does not say, "And to seeds," as [referring] to many, but [rather] to one, "And to your seed," that is, Christ. 17 What I am saying is this: the Law, which came four hundred and thirty years later, does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise. 18 For if the inheritance is based on law, it is no longer based on a promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by means of a promise.
So clearly, The Law does not add any conditions to salvation or righteousness on the basis of faith, as the covenant of faith was ratified and closed to conditions 430 years before The Law (including the laws of food) were given. The Law was written for a sinful world. When we have our sin defeated, the Law will no longer be relevant. For example, because of sin, death came. Because of death we need to eat to live. Since plants don't give us enough to live, we needed to include animals. Yet when death is destroyed we won't need to eat to live, and so we won't need animals to supplement our diet. The elimination of sin and death is really the elimination of the necessity for The Law.

[Gen 15:5-6 KJV] 5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. 6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

So we see that God told Abraham about that seed, singular (who is Jesus according to Galatians 3:16), and when Abraham believed God about Jesus, he was made righteous.

[Gen 17:3-8 KJV] 3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, 4 As for me, behold, my covenant [is] with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. 6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. 7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. 8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

We can see here that, all along, this eternal covenant was always meant to be inherited by Abraham's seed - Abraham who had JUST been promised to be the father of many nations (not just the father of the Jews). So this eternal covenant is to all the nations... all of those who are descendants of Abraham. There are 2 ways to be descendants of Abraham. 1) through the law, those who are physically descendants, and 2) those who have the same faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ that Abraham had are considered descendants.

[Rom 4:9-17 NASB] 9 Is this blessing then on the circumcised, or on the uncircumcised also? For we say, "FAITH WAS CREDITED TO ABRAHAM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS." 10 How then was it credited? While he was circumcised, or uncircumcised? Not while circumcised, but while uncircumcised; 11 and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while uncircumcised, so that he might be the father of all who believe without being circumcised, that righteousness might be credited to them, 12 and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also follow in the steps of the faith of our father Abraham which he had while uncircumcised. 13 For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would be heir of the world was not through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith. 14 For if those who are of the Law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise is nullified; 15 for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation. 16 For this reason [it is] by faith, in order that [it may be] in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, 17 (as it is written, "A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS HAVE I MADE YOU") in the presence of Him whom he believed, [even] God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist.

So there are 2 ways to be descended from Abraham. By lineage, or by having the same faith in the gospel that Abraham had. Regarding this, Isaiah prophesied:

[Isa 54:1 NASB] 1 "Shout for joy, O barren one, you who have borne no [child;] Break forth into joyful shouting and cry aloud, you who have not travailed; For the sons of the desolate one [will be] more numerous Than the sons of the married woman," says the LORD.

The adopted children (Christians) of Abraham will outnumber the physical heirs (Jews). But BOTH groups are God's chosen people, both groups, are inheritors of the promises given to Abraham.

Here's what I get:

to you
He lives
which
insect?
all
to you
I gave
grass
A vegetable
For eating
will be
all

For someone who loves to shoot out Jewish teachings, you really are lousy at translating verses.

Why would God give the command for only greens to eat when that had been the rule since Creation! Did Noah get stupid on the ark? Did He forget?

You act like a Jehovah's witness when you play twister with Gods Word!

New American Standard 1977
“Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you, as I gave the green plant.

King James 2000 Bible

Good News Translation

Holman Christian Standard Bible
Every living creature will be food for you; as I gave the green plants, I have given you everything.

International Standard Version
"Every living, moving creature will be food for you. Just as I gave you green plants before, so now you have everything.

NET Bible

New Heart English Bible

GOD'S WORD® Translation

JPS Tanakh 1917
Every moving thing that liveth shall be for food for you; as the green herb have I given you all.

New Living Translation
I have given them to you for food, just as I have given you grain and vegetables.

English Standard Version
Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.

Berean Study Bible
Everything that lives and moves will be food for you; just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you all things.

Wonder how all these folks got it all wrong and your CLV translators did better???? Did they borrow the JW translators from the New Word Mistranlsation?

You also forget grammar. Hebrew form changes when you translate it to English! So these transliteral writings are incorrect grammatically when put into another language!

Also you ripped the verse out of its context to promote your own personal agenda!

NOw why would God put the dread of man in animals if not for verse three?

Why would God even need to post verse four if verse three commanded only a vegetarian diet?

Genesis 9:3 Interlinear: Every creeping thing that is alive, to you it is for food; as the green herb I have given to you the whole;

See this transliterates much like yours, but when you apply rules of Grammar needed for translation it comes out like the 32 Bibles I listed.

Which Kingdom? Isn't there to be one on earth and one later in heaven?

The one on earth was implied; but maybe I'm misapplying the scripture to the timeline.

The 1000 years of rule is with the Lord in Heaven then the new Jerusalem comes down to the earth at the end of the thousand years.

Therefor the only Kingdom that Jesus rules over is after the first resurrection and continues until eternity and will eventually be established in the earth made new.

Because of death we need to eat to live.

Adam ate for an infinite amount of time; and he could have lived forever, had he not eaten of the forbidden tree.

Since plants don't give us enough to live, we needed to include animals.

There are countless vegetarians who will refute this claim.

I see that YHWH renewed his covenant; but I don't see where he abolished his law.

(CLV) Lk 16:17
Yet it is easier for heaven and earth to pass by than for one serif of the law to fall.

Therefor the only Kingdom that Jesus rules over is after the first resurrection and continues until eternity

Then when does this happen?:

1 Corinthians 15 (CLV)

23 Yet each in his own class: the Firstfruit, Christ; thereupon those who are Christ's in His presence;" 24 thereafter the consummation, whenever He may be giving up the kingdom to His God and Father, whenever He should be nullifying all sovereignty and all authority and power." 25 For He must be reigning until He should be placing all His enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy is being abolished: death. 27 For He subjects all under His feet. Now whenever He may be saying that all is subject, it is evident that it is outside of Him Who subjects all to Him." 28 Now, whenever all may be subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also shall be subjected to Him Who subjects all to Him, that God may be All in all.)"

No animal products since 1979 and I am still alive so you may want to revise your assumption.
