Any fans of Will Oldham, Bonnie "Prince" Billie, or Palace?

I'm so musically retarded that I only recently discovered his music. I don't own any albums, so for those of you who are more familiar...are there any "must haves" out of his discography?

Oh yes, his best work imo is I See a Darkness. I seem to remember hearing a Johnny Cash cover of the title track from that album.

If you like his stuff you might like the music of his Domino records stablemate (Smog).

I'm not so big a fan of I See a Darkness. It's not bad by any means, but I can't see why everyone lauds it as a masterpiece. Even so, I like Will Oldham. I think his newest one, Superwolf, is amazing; one of the best albums of the year without a doubt.

Plus, the man's from Kentucky. That's enough reason to like him right there.

Thanks for the input, everybody...I'll probably purchase both Superwolf and I See A Darkness over the next few months.

Those were the two albums I was really looking into before this thread, anyway, so it only helped to confirm the selections.
