I see that you like sci/fi and fantasy movies. Do you also read sci/fi - fantasy novels and if you do, who is your favorite writer in that genre?

I'm torn between Anne McCaffrey (I love both the Pern and Rowan/Talents series), Orson Scott Card (Ender series and Alvin Maker series) and Piers Anthony's Xanth series. Ender's Game and Speaker For The Dead are probably my two favorite novels while Menolly from McCaffrey's Pern is my favorite character.

Scratch out motorcycle. I'm flat out scared of them after seeing my mom wreck on one. (She was ok.) Cars are ok, trucks are better but the minivan is nicest. Actually, that describes the progression of my last 3 vehicles (since 1985).
