CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok, Im looking for a better background for my sig and instand of showing the IP, I would like a random Bible Verse from a selection of verses to show up, Also if possable the viewers local time.

The Image if you were to look at the raw file is a PHP script called pgp_sig.jpg
On my server, I have a .htaccess tag telling the system to run pgp_sig.jpg as a PHP script.
Then The Script opens the static image, look at the IP address of the person calling the image, and creates an Image based on that and other info
And Yes, I was having fun, My Gfx skills arent the greatest, but my Programing skills are getting better

A signature is what you want to say on every post at the bottom. It can be a quote, your name, your philosophy, a banner, whatever you want. I used to have several meaningful (to me) quotes by different people until the webmaster made signatures over a line or two a scroll item. Now, I just have one quote.
It costs 50 blessings to add or change a signature line. Most things to personalize your profile cost blessings. It used to be. until about a week ago, that you could customize your user name font, color etc, and your user title (the place that says "Junior Member" next to your avatar now) for free.
If you go to jobs in your navbar at the top of your page, you can earn blessings according to the number of posts you have. That would be a start.
There are many ways to earn blessings around here. If you go to "Announcements" on the home page you'll see a few ways explained.

The Visitor Number is NOT your IP Address (I Removed that at after a persnoal request )
It a count of how many times the Sig has been download / viewed from my server.
The whole thing is a PHP Script called pgp_sig.jpg (Normaly PHP scripts are called name.PHP)
but by telling the webserver to run pgp_sig.jpg as a PHP script, and then sending the data out as a JPG file, I can use normal Img tags and such, but I can modify the picture before I send it.
So What I do is
1) Get A Random Verse from the bible

3) Get The Background Image
4) Add the Viewer Count & Bible Verse in BLACK to the background Image
5) Add the Viewer Count & Bible Verse in Whight to the background Image offset from the BLACK version (This Creates the "Shadow")
