now before you commit, read this.
i was at church today, and God spoke a message directly into my life, about commitment. after the message was over Pastor called us all down to the altar and i went, and prayed. Pastor dismissed the service but the Lord told me to stay for a little while and continue to pray, and i as i did that the Lord asked me why i dont pray like he tells me to. all i could do was almost cry and tell him i was so sorry, and he told me a few other things, but the Lord put it on my heart to do something and he told me to post it here for people to join if they would.
i know it seems like alot, but the Lord specificly told me to pray for 4 hours a day, for the next 3 days. to spend 4 hours alone with God in prayer, for the next 3 days. God later showed me on the way here, that the reason i cant preach in the power of the holyghost the way i desire too, is becuase of the lack of prayer in my life, but i felt like the Lord said if i would do this is i would see a breakthrough in my life in that area.
i believe that as i do this, God is going to cause miracles to happen in my life, i have a few that i really need. and i believe that anyone who chooses to join me in this voluntary act of worship and commitment to God will receive them aswell. i believe God is saying that.
if you would seek the Lord and hear from God that he wants for you to do this with me, as i will do this as God gives me the strength to doit, then i urge you to step out on maybe unfamilair waters for you... and watch God do a miracle in your life. God will certainly respond to you if you do this.
i feel like the Lord is also saying that if anyone feels the urge to do this and wants to be a part of this with me, but honestly dont feel like they can pray for 4 hours, then you are to simply set a diffrent time, longer than you usually do, a time that is a real test for you whatever it is, and he will honor it.
if anyone feels the Lord leading them to join me in this, then Godbless you, and may Gods hand and grace be on your life, i know that as you do this God is going to begin to meet the needs that youve had for a long time but you havent been able to see an answer for. but God is going to perfom miracles for you if you do. thats what the Lord is saying,
