Well, I would have bought one Wednesday at Gamestop but they wouldn't sell me one. They had 6 in the back but weren't allowed to sell them before 7am Friday. Yeah, I know, it's kinda lame but I guess it's more important to sell them on a certain date than to just sell them. They will probably be sold out everywhere in mid December when I get my Christmas bonus.
One guy was telling how he was in at Best Buy just before Christmas last year and about every 30-45 minutes, they would have a guy come out carrying a Wii over his head and would announce that their last Wii was for sale.

well i was the luckiest guy in the world because we were at best buy 3 days after Christmas returning something. And then my mom saw a truck carrying wiis, and stuff from nintendo. So I went over to her and she pushed me off and says "GO GET A WII!!" so we got it. the worst part is i had to wait 4 hrs to play it because we went shopping the whole day. LOl

I dont think that is true because what are they gonna upgrade the wii 2 to? If something needs to be upgraded, isn't that what the wii shop is for?

I've got a Wii! I love it. Virtual Console is awesome, it lets me play all my favorite old games.

I've got both a Wii and a PS3.
I LOVE having no cords running across my floor! Wireless is sooo nice. It's also nice being able to finally pay for and play the classic games that I've already paid for years ago when I bought the original NES, Super NES, Mega Drive/Genesis, TG-16/PC Engine and N64 versions and later downloaded them for my PC and original X-Box emulators (legal where I'm from!). Actually, it really is nice. I like playing them with a cordless controller.
