  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I bought a wii fit for my nintendo wii recently. Ive waited a long time as here in Uk there has been a major shortage. It was well worth the wait, I love it.:) Ive been doing half an hour a day. Its great u can choose from yoga exercises to muscle workouts, balance ones and aerobic. U get your own fitness trainer too which helps you through all the moves. U get a wii balance board with the package which is really cool and speaks to you. It even wished me Happy New Year. You can do a daily body test which weighs you and does centre of gravity and gives you a couple of tests to do to test your balance. Which then gives you your Wii fit age.
Ive only done 5 days so far and my body feels fitter already. But ive been very tired too, i think this is the first day I havent fell asleep in the day afterwards.
I love the jogging you put the wii in your pocket and you get so encouraged and you can unlock more games on each category.
Well done Nintendo. :clap::clap:
im not overweight or anything im a bit underweight but im trying to improve my muscles.
Has anyone else got one? :hug::hug:

That is the most wanted game I want from the Wii system so far.
I haven't bought a Wii yet, I would have if I could find Fit.

Parents should by this game for their kids and play the game with their kids.
They also have those Dance Dance games, those are great for both parents and kids.

Definately planning to pick up a Wii Fit, I certainly need the exercise! Not recommended for young girls though, I hear it is very blunt with telling you you are over weight or obese. There is already to much of an issue when it comes to youngsters and eating dissorders without telling perfectly fit kids that they are over weight!

Wii fit thats one game that I have. I couldn't manage to land probaly on the snowboard one and also it hurts me to bend my knees, i don't do much of that you see. I preffer the sport one, but I do think wii fit is helping out some people who are game addicts so its now useful.

I have a wii fit and really enjoy it. My sister in law is in a wii fit diet group and she has lost 20 pounds. The only change she has made is adding 30 minutes of wii fit a day. I guess it all depends on how hard you work at it. You can make the games as challenging or as easy as you want by the effort you put into it.
