Biden is an unregenerate, unrepentant sinner. How do I know this about Joe? Because a "A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit." The rest of your post is based on a false premise and falls apart when the foundation is rocked.

I probably wrote too long of a post, but it's very relevant about not being too caught up in worrying about the politics and secular government. The main concern for us as Christians is different (to see why read through that post nearer to the end). The main concern for us individually as Christians is that we not be tripped into sinning by the common urge in the worldly world of today to condemn others. The world likes to judge and condemn a lot lately!

We are greatly helped to avoid dangers to us from such as Luke 6:37 if we look to Christ, and pray the Lord's prayer, where we literally ask to be delivered out of evil, ourselves, and to be led away from temptations, such as the temptation to condemn others for example.

Now, there is more: Biden has faith of some kind, as evidenced by his attending mass very constantly, much more than is needed to be only a catholic in appearance.

That means he is one of your brothers. And you can pray for him.

I would never assume that someone is a Christian because he attends church regularly, especially when so much evidence exists to the contrary.

We can pray for someone that they be given aid or helped to follow the Lord more fully, or similar things. So, prayer is a good response in pretty much any case. Also, one can pray for the leaders of a country just as a general good prayer to do (as in scripture we are told), for the good of the country. (for instance, I prayed for Trump several times, and more times altogether than any other single person I've prayed for in my life (we can only ask they be pulled in the right way, but cannot override their free will of course), unless you count the Lord's prayer for oneself and family, which I do daily) So, you can and would do best most Christians would say to pray in some manner for Biden.
