ok wicked fans! who is your favorite character? which cast do you like (orginal, tour, etc.)? what do you love most about the show?

I'm a big fan of Wicked, and I don't think anyone sings the songs better than Menzel (the original Elphaba) and Chenoweth (Original Glinda). My favorite cast would have to be the Original Broadway cast (with Kristin and Idina). I haven't seen the whole play yet, I have to wait for the tour to come around these parts, but I have seen almost every clip out there. My favorite thing about the show has to be the end of the song Defying Gravity, it gives me chill bumps everytime I hear it.

WOW me too! i love idina and chenoweth! i havent even seen the whole play yet just (like you) only clips and i have the cd! but i am really happy i am not the only one like that besides some weird friends!

Oh my gosh you dont know how happy i am to see this! I am such a big Wicked Fan!!!!! I have the cd and i cant go a day without singing the songs. I thought me and my other friend were the only ones obssesed. Well I saw Wicked in New York with my classmates. And I think the original always has to be the best. My favorite charcter is Elpheba, even though at the beg. of the play i thought my favorite was Glinda. Yes the music is byfar the best of the play those actors can SING. I wish i had a voice as good as Elphaba. It gives me goosebumbs just like penquin said. It kind of makes me want to be a singer and actor. So glad there are ppl out here to talk about Wicked. please tell me all there is to no about Wicked AIM: bbchef3

wow! me and my 2 friends love the cd but have never even seen the show! but we all love it! i have seen almost every wicked video clip and know the words to about every song! so you are not a lone!!!!!

I didnt see Wicked in New York but I did see it when it came to LA @ the Pantages theatre! I didn't realize how funny the show was and I absolutely loved it! I had been listening to the CD and patiently waiting to see it for two years! It was a surprise treat and it is my favorite show for all time!

I love Wicked! It was one of the first musicals I ever really got into. I really love the original cast, Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel have amazing voices! I saw the show on Aug. 24, 2004. It was just about a month after Kristin and Norbert left. Jennifer Laura Thompson was Glinda when I saw it and Joey McIntyre (hope I spelled that right!) was Fiyero. Jennifer was hilarious, popular was a really funny scene! She also had a great voice. Joey sang very well but his acting wasn't as great. What I loved seeing most was Idina. Her performance was just unbelievable! Overall it was a great production!
