Why would God have a chosen race?

One other thing to add about Israel, God's chosen people. Every one of them will believe Jesus is the Son of God in the End.....

That deny his only son, break his commandments that he gave to them. and even make a godless state that even have Gay prides every year in the streets of Jerusalem while God condemn such a thing?

why would he choose a race that do what he condemn?

Whomever he chose would get things wrong, but it is through them that he has acted to put everything right. That is what being God's chosen, covenant people is.

so Paul said it is not the natural children but children of the promise, does that mean Christians?

"Children of the promise" refers to both the Jews who placed their faith in Jesus as their Messiah and to Gentiles who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. There is no difference between the two in God's eyes!

NO! He is announcing its fullfillment in Christ through faith.

Who are "God's chosen people?" Are they not "believers." Abraham was chosen and he was a believer. Sometimes folks get confused and think that "bloodline" as in "descendant of Abraham biologically" makes a person part of a "chosen race." So why call those who do not believe in Jesus the "chosen race?" No one is chosen before they are born, so bloodline as nothing to do with it according to Peter. We all lived without mercy before we obtained mercy.

The jews were meant to be the people God showered His love upon, but they turned away after a series of bad kings. He sent Jesus to save them, and opened His love up to all the world. Jews who do not believe in Christ will not be saved, just as is the same for Gentiles. Jesus is the only way to eternal life. He says: I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me.

He had to have a chosen race because he ad to be incarnated as an individual, and to that he had to be borne to a human couple, and all human couples belong to an ethnicity of some kind.
