  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Ive been struggling with the "WHY ME" questions . Why am I fat , Why did i wreck my car , Why did all my money diplete...I mean the questions go on and on .. I then think "could I have done things differently and maybe have changed the events?" YES i most definatly could of , but then I wouldent be who i am today without those questions.. I guess what i am saying is cherish those mistakes in life or the " Why Me " moments because they yeild to learning and sometimes blessings . But above all let God know your feelings , he doesnt care if we bring them to him . But do trust in him to carry you out of your troubles . Rely on him and he will save you .
Sometimes this is easier said then done ...What are some WHY ME or Mistakes in your life past or present that you should set before him ...Or what have you set before him and seen a change ?:ok:

I asked alot of " Why Me" questions about my life esp in the money department. its so easy to get discourged when things hit the fan . A recent one that ive had to try hard to not worry and freak out about is my totatled car , everything is affected by this from money to personal life . So i am just trying to give it to him and be trusting .. **PRAYERS ARE SO NEEDED**

I know a guy who was a star athlete in high school. As a freshman he was part of a football team that won state, and he played the safety position-he did his share of the work to win. As a Junior he contracted brain cancer and his football career was done. He could have gone pro easily. He was interviewed in the midst of getting chemo and dealing with the side effects. When the interviewer asked him if he asked God, 'Why me?' He answered, 'I didn't ask God why me when I was winning all those football games and I'm not going to ask him that now.' Whenever something bad happens in my life I remember that and tend to gain some perspective.

My friend is now a wresting coach and has a nice family. He is quite a man, one of a select few men I look up to.

Ive notived to the anger has calmed down alot esp at work . I work with a person who is a big manipulating liar . She throws people under the bus ( me included) Before i got back into church and back to God i would tell people " Ohhh Im gonna play dirty" which ment she was going down . She still is the same person she always has but im different . When i get upset with her and want to be that dirty person i step back and thing " WWJD " it really helps . I mean he suffered far worse than i am and i am strong through him so with him i can handle anything .:holy:
