It’s strange people would want to try to make a case to what Adventist believe by going to anti-Adventists sites when we clearly show from the Adventist site what we believe in.. Sadly people also do this when they disagree with God’s Word- try to make a case outside of scripture.

And where this official website says something different about your origin than the "adventistguide" website?

I am just someone that wants to discuss scripture because at the end of the day only Gods' Word is true and we should believe and follow it.

I am saying if you want to know what the SDA church believes in go to our Official Statements of Beliefs. There is nothing to hide.

The 1844 movement was by a baptist minister, not the SDA church. Eleen White was 17 years old at the time and was a Methodist. The SDA church formed almost 20 years after the great disappointment in 1863 after careful study of the Bible. The great disappointment was widespread from multiple denominations studying God's Word. It did spark many new denominations, that are completely unrelated in doctrines, beliefs and church leaders. There are time prophesies in scripture and what was misunderstood is that God has a heavenly sanctuary and an earthy one. No one can predict the time and date when Jesus is coming back, but He has given us clues through His Word so we can prepare. One thing for sure is that Jesus is coming back soon!

When you are in their church, you will find out that the authority about how to understand the Bible and what to follow from the Bible is Ellen White.

I find this a fascinating phenomenon that peoples excuse for not following God's Word, specifically the 4th commandment that God wrote with His own finger, and God spoke with His own voice is Ellen White. We will not be judged by Ellen White, but we will be by Jesus by the Ten Commandments. James 2:10-12. EW should have no bearing on your obedience to God's law, she just encouraged everyone to follow God's law and has brought many to Christ.

Who's idea was it that when James said "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it", he didn't actually mean the whole law like he said, but really only meant the ten commandments? Can you show any theology other than Ellen White's which also comes to that conclusion?

Well it seems to be the one commandment everyone wants to forget for some reason. It is God’s holy day (indisputable) Exodus 20:10, Isaiah 58:13 not sure why people make such a fuss about keeping something a simple as the Sabbath that was a commandment from God Exodus 20:8-11 which is meant to bless us.
