God is omnipotent. Why cant he just eradicate everyones sin nature and take them to heaven?

.
Blood does not eradicate the Sin Nature.

Blood eradicates the sin, it is only by blood that sin is forgiven.

The Sin Nature (The Flesh) dies through our Baptism, and we put on the Divine Nature of God.

Rom. 6:5
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

This is Baptism.

Gal. 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Through our Baptism (Being Crucified with Christ), we are is Christ, and He lives through us.

2 Pet. 1:4
Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

We gain the Divine Nature through our Baptism and our becoming in Christ who lives through us.

Leviticus 17:11 (NASB)
'For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood by reason of the life that makes atonement.'

It is by reason of the life that’s in the blood, is what makes the blood valuable. It was Christ pouring out His life for us and taking us to death with Him that we might recieve a new nature. In scripture it’s called the Divine Nature. Wherefore it would be as natural for man to behave as it is now to misbehave. This is accomplished by “reckoning yourself dead onto sin and alive onto God”. Wherefore Christ is formed in the believer.

Much love in Christ, Not me

Omnipotent doesn't mean that God can make 1+1=14

That said, yes, the whole blood-for-sin thing confuses me as well, but I tend to see it as that life is in the blood so in order for the old self to die and a new one to be made it means blood must by definition be involved.

From my perspective, the Scripture portrays the definition of omnipotence in Divine wisdom, rather than how any man might try to define it. And the Scripture asserts that Almighty God is able to do all that is according to His Will. He is able to carry out all of His purpose. He is Mighty to save, because it is His desire to save. He is all powerful to do His will, not a man's imagination of what could possibly be. His Power and Wisdom, Love and Mercy, all work towards the same purpose. That is His nature, and we bow in awe before Him!

Because God wants to prove He is the ultimate judge, so "the wages of sin is death." And He wants to prove His mercy, so "the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ." Therefore, the blood (life/death) of Christ is necessary for both justice and mercy, since it's the substitutionary sacrifice to atone for our sins. If we trust in Christ's sacrifice for us, then we are forgiven. Otherwise, all bets are off.

Why God does or does not do something is really questioning God's wisdom and authority. God promised to give us His Holy spirit withing and His very nature. This nature competes against the nature of Adam. Your rewards in this life will be based on how much you choice to die to the freedom to walk after the nature of Adam or walk in the nature of Jesus. We are promised that this corruption will put on incorruption. In the resurrection of those saved the nature of Adam will be dead and only the nature of Christ will remain. So since it is declared that way read your word and choose to walk in the Spirit producing the fruit of the Spirit and you will be full of joy and doing well.

Same answer as the question: Why didn't God place us in an eternal utopia to begin with? Apparently, there is some benefit to our struggles in this life.
