I don't know.

I have zero reason to see how being homosexual is wrong and/or can hurt yourself or others. It has zero logic to me.
Right, according to your logic of morality. In the beginning, Adam and Eve made a similar mistake. They wanted their own abilities to decide what is good or bad, independent from God and they did by eating the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

One might as well say porn doesn't hurt anybody. I'll throw this out: you haven't seen the aftermath of domestic violence until you've seen it played out in a male homosexual relationship. Just sayin'.

Sin has no victim. Even theft and murder. Sin is carried out and completed entirely by the sinner. The sinner is the only one involved in it.

I would say that any time that we go outside of God's will... His planned design, we are hurting both ourselves and others. Sex and the sexual drive were part of the design that God created. He had a reason, or multiple reasons for designing all aspects of it. I won't pretend that I understand all the particulars of sex and sexual drive, but God's word makes certain things clear. Our "logic" is of little importance in regard to this subject or a myriad of others... and sometimes I wished that things were different. But as they say, "You can wish in one hand, and spit in the other... see which one gets filled up faster."

I have come to believe that sex outside of a marriage is often "using others"... it was with me anyway... it was also true of friends and associates... I believe that it was true of my partners, too. Regardless of how much I loved the other person, the sex part was unnecessary... the are other ways to express love; marriage comes to mind. And as stated in the Scriptures, marriage is between one man and one woman.

Psalms 51:4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and [that thou mightest] be clear when thou judgest.

God will let us know who was hurt in due time -- He'll let us know when His long-suffering runs out.

All sexual sin has a demonic element to it. Multiple sexual partners leaves you fragmented and harmed. God wants you to experience the pure oneness which he set up to be achieved only between a married man and a woman. Outside of the those boundaries is the counterfeit.

Agree. Is something a sin only if we fully understand why it is a sin or is it a sin because God says it is? The latter is true.

Romans 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Scripture makes it clear that homosexual acts are a sin. Period. It doesn't matter if someone understands why or not. God says so. So, obey God and don't do it.

Fasten your seat belts guys, cos the statistics* do not lie.

Acting on homosexuality does hurt people:

*According to a June 2012 study by the Guttmacher Institute, gay males are 2.3-6.9x more likely to receive an STD compared to straight male counterparts. In other words, it is safer for people to remain celibate if gay or bi, instead of being in a homosexual relationship.

We were originally created to live as God created us to live ... He did put Adam and Eve in the position to choose ... His ways ... or their own ways. (this is still the case)

When we go outside of the bounds of God's original creation there are negative consequences that are allowed to happen for doing so.

Mark 10:6-9 ESV

But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Outside of this there is separation from God and that can effect one's salvation of which is paramount. This is the case for any sin.

The possibility of forfeiting eternal life by living in sin is most certainly hurtful. We are not to condone sin nor to encourage others to continue in sin ... but rather point people to Christ to help them overcome sin.

When we stand on the written word of God .... it is seen by many as being judgemental .... where as in reality it is the Word of God that is doing the judging (and many ... if not most do not see this - especially those who are not knowledgeable about the Word of God and/or see it as a bunch of "fairy tails" and dismiss it).

There Word of God is quite clear about homosexuality (and other sexual sins) and considers it an abomination in the sight of the Lord.

Sexual sins

Judgement is totally up to Jesus regarding all sin.

Jesus didn't come to save us IN our sin ..... he came to help save us (help us overcome) our sin.

Mankind is naturally rebellious .... each are free to make their choices ... there will be consequences for choices made and that will be and is determined by Jesus

Amen for this passage from Mark 10. Also, notice how the consequences are typically diseases or abuse? That is why one must be in a committed, hetero relationship instead of a gay one.
