Why I chose Wicca

Soulified wrote "He posesses both feminine and masculine qualities."

This is why in Wicca we worship the Masculine qualities "God" and the feminine qualities "Goddess" They are 2 parts of the whole.

ALW some gender-neutral words would include The Almighty, The Divine, The All etc.
Blessings,
Starr

How about Brahman.
While Brahman lies behind the sum total of the objective universe, the human mind boggles at any attempt to explain it with only the tools provided by reason. Brahman is beyond the senses, beyond the mind, beyond intelligence, beyond imagination.

More Info on God and gender:

In regards to translating Hebrew names of God into English, most Orthodox Jews and many Conservative Jews hold that it is wrong to use English female pronouns for God; their reason is not because God is of the male gender, but because doing so among English speakers tends to draw attention to God as having gender. Another reason is that the Hebrew Bible usually uses names of God that are grammatically masculine.

I am thinking more in a linguistics sense. A gender neutral word that we don't have in English.
