If you think the Democratic Party is superior, or has worthy goals and aspirations are you right? I am moderate with views that can swing to whatever policy I think is the most efficient. I hate waste, am practical and I think every policy should be decided on the merits, not the ideology of either party. Some democrats do have some worthwhile ideas. Expanding health care, improving equality, and even protecting the environment are just a few. Their spending and methods are often inefficient but the goals are good. Many though have changed. They are far more radical than ever. From some hating Israel, pushing a perverse agenda, or putting citizens in a quagmire of excessive government reach. On foreign affairs too they used to be stable. You could count on them for the most part. This article though shows the depths they can go.

So here we have this Masters graduate from St Andrews University (Scotland) in geography and international relations working for the National Nuclear Security Administration in the USA. Her task seems to be theoretical mostly where she undermines nuclear deterrence and seeks to disarm nuclear weapons in her promotion of queer theory.
"The Biden-Harris administration announced Sneha Nair had been appointed as special assistant at the National Nuclear Security Administration in February 2024. Nair believes in eradicating purported "White supremacy" in the nuclear field as well as "queering nuclear weapons" as part of a diversity, equity and inclusion push she believes is essential for deterring threats to nuclear energy facilities in the U.S."

While I support conservative bible teaching, that never changes with the times, I respect those with alternative views and recognize too that they have equal rights and protections in America. However, I have to object when any Republican or Democrat is so impractical to the point of creating danger. Well here it is. Just when Russia is saying they will consider nuclear weapons, Biden/Harris hire an analyst that suggests this? It is way over the top, radical and dangerous. Likely she just spouts her theories and makes no real contribution except public relations for radical groups. But please, why allow that in such a serious defense position?

I admit that Trump is flawed, but every President is. Sometimes a big ego can work in your favor. Trump is unlikely to ever let the American people suffer defeat because he hates to lose. People like this hire, don't want to lose either, but they are fighting a different war, To win their war they do not care about your values, your economy, or your rights. They will enlist the help of enemies to bring your values down. Yes, they will ally with terrorists, with snakes, foxes, alligators, sharks, rabid dogs and weasels that want to destroy the USA. Yes, there are plenty like that chomping at the bit. So your vote can invite them, or try to deny them.

I will put it in blunt hyperbole that Christians should understand; in this election, there are two candidates. One is oppressed, the other is possessed. Can we please have the oppressed one? This is not about privilege concerning race or orientation. It is about the privileges of all people to live in a country where you have a choice of media, a vote, a voice and a purpose. Where Atheists to Christians actually do share common goals to be free and live another day to debate the American path forward.

Of course, you might think I am too dramatic. Perhaps, but I have to think this is the tip of the iceberg. How many other U.S. government workers (Federal, State and Local), businesses, universities, think tanks and elected officials are working against the Constitution, against sane policies, and against even our common defense? If the CEO's of Budweiser and Harley Davidson can be taken in by such extremes, there is no telling who will go next. I pray it is not you.

Sneha Nair has jumped the shark.

I already knew about queer theory and the threat it poses to the LGBTQ++ community in general because everybody is just queer. What does that mean for the Ls and Gs? But the queering of nuclear weapons is a new kind of weird. Apparently, since whites created the whole idea of national security, she has a problem with it.

I moved out of the US primarily because I was unhappy with nutty US national security polices. Now I'm really glad I'm not there.

Here is what she means:

She then discussed how a radical academic concept, called critical queer theory, is crucial to addressing national security threats.

"Queer theory: changing the narrative…. Queer theory is a field of study, closely related to feminist theory, that examines sex- and gender-based norms. It shines a light on the harm done by nuclear weapons through uranium mining, nuclear tests, and the tax money spent on nuclear weapons… "

"The queer lens prioritizes the rights and well-being of people over the abstract idea of national security, and it challenges the mainstream understanding of nuclear weapons—questioning whether they truly deter nuclear war, stabilize geopolitics, and reduce the likelihood of conventional war. Queer theory asks: Who created these ideas? How are they being upheld? Whose interests do they serve? And whose experiences are being excluded?"

agreed - that is pretty sad.

Or the LGBTQ celebration held at the capitol for celebration of Easter Sunday. -- Another clue as to what is going on.

What about the abortions performed at the DNC event - each day (25 so far) - as a promotional for getting people to vote Democrat in 2024?

Is that a good "promotion" campaign in your POV?

agreed. We would not want someone put in Jail for political views.

Harris shows how much loyalty she cherishes to nations by appointing a Jewish Liaison that renounced his Israeli citizenship during the Obama administration. Kamala Harris' choice of Jewish liaison director draws criticism over Israel, Iran stance: 'Red flag' Who does that? Tax dodgers and nation-haters are the only reasons I can think of.
It's extremely hard to get a security clearance if you have dual citizenship. From all indications, Goldenberg had no real connection to Israel besides being born there, so if renouncing his citizenship there would allow him to serve his country, I don't see any fault in that.
Born in Jerusalem,
He was born in Jerusalem but raised in NJ.
he cut and run faster than Walz leaving the military.
Walz served in the military for 24 years, which qualified him for an honorable discharge and retirement benefits.

I know someone in military said he cut short of 2 years to avoid being sent to battle.

I left Democrats awhile ago.
Since they booed the Lord they have been escalating to depravity morally and politically

They were wrong. He did leave 4 years into a theoretically 6 year contract, but once you hit retirement age that doesn't really matter. As for the timeline for his unit being deployed, he submitted retirement papers at some point in Nov. or Dec. In Feb he filed papers with the FEC declaring his candidacy for a seat in Congress. In March the Guard gave an unofficial notice of possible deployment in the next 2 years. In May he retired. In July they got official notice of deployment in Iraq. They mobilized in Oct for training and actually deployed in March. So he was retired for 2 months before they got notice of deployment and for something like 10 months before they actually deployed.

I do know some Israeli's try to avoid their military obligation. If he did this to work for the US govt though it seems legit and I should not have criticized that.
